The Mortal Instruments

I am in the third book of this series, by Cassandra Clare and I am in love with the writing.  I have to admit that the terminology gets me some times.  I am usually not a huge fan of alternate worlds and such, primarily due to my inability to get what all the names of different things mean, but the dialogue in this series is GREAT.  It draws you into the characters.  You know this series is a winner when you're standing on the stair stepper at the gym and a girls runs up to you to share her excitement and undying love for Simon.  And I might add this has happened twice!  I can't decide if I am excited to get the last book to find out what happens or hesitant to let this reading experience end.
